Co-Founders and sisters Louise and Sue Alexander are from Toronto, Canada.

Louise has 30 years of  experience in the jewelry business, as an appraiser, designer and store manager. Louise has studied through the Gemological Institute of America and holds a university degree in economics. Her education and experience make her uniquely qualified to evaluate gold, precious metals and diamonds.
